Here at the Club, we offer a variety of fitness classes to suite everyone's needs. Our trainers are the best in town and are constantly updating and reinventing our classes to keep them current and fresh. We currently offer the following group fitness classes:
Snazzy Sneakers - Have fun and move to classic music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Kickboxing - Martial arts style cardio workout with Terrance to help you develop a strong mind and body connection and release any pent up frustration. No equipment is needed and beginners are welcome as low impact options will be shown throughout class. Kia!!
HIIT- A total body interval-based class combines body weight strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.
Barre Pilates - Pilates/Yoga infusion set to music using the barre and other props. This class will tone and define the entire body while developing long and lean muscles.
Step & Stretch - All levels class incorporating the three main components of exercise: cardio , strength, and flexibility.
Tai Chi - You move in meditation with grace and ease. This practice uses balance, presence, and strength.
Core Power - This a strength-training regime that aims to target all muscle groups stabilizing the spine and pelvis. It can improve production of daily activities, increase athletic performance, and core musculature.
Outdoor Bootcamp - This outdoor class mixes body weight, strength, and interval training. You will be pushed harder than ever!
Walk With Purpose - This is a fast paced, brisk walk with emphasis on elevating your heart rate. Focus on proper alignment with weights and bodyweight.
BODYPUMP™ - This barbell class challenges all of your major muscle groups. The cutting-edge choreography and great music is refreshed every 3 months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors you get the results you've been looking for!
Cycling - An indoor cycling class that provides all the terrain you need! Set to rockin’ music, you are sure to break a sweat as you cross the finish line. *RESERVATION RECOMMENDED*
Water Group - This water workout includes variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. As the participant, you manipulate the water to create your preferred level of intensity.
Gentle Yoga - For beginning yoga to increase strength and balance, as well as learning to use the breath as a tool for relaxation. This is suitable for all ages.
